Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing Event

Rise Against Hunger meal packing event is this Saturday, September 30th in the Fellowship Hall.   It starts at 10:00 AM.  If you signed up for helping with set up, please come at 9:00 AM.   Due to Epworth’s generosity and a matching grant from the Barbara Mowry Memorial Outreach Fund we will be able to pack 12,000 meals.  Thanks so much for your help.   I look forward to seeing you there.  It will be a fun time for all.   Please bring a baseball cap so you won’t have to wear a hair net!

Retirement Celebration!

You are invited!  We are hosting a covered dish luncheon to celebrate the retirements of Epworth Preschool Director, Gail Heath, and Assistant Director, JoAnn Donn.  Combined, they served in our preschool more than 30 years.   We are inviting all current and past preschool families, teachers, and all church members to help us wish them well.

Date: Sunday, October 1st at 12:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall

What to bring: A covered dish to share and lots of cheer and good wishes!  We hope to see you there!
